Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for this damage, which occurred because the hairdryer was plugged into a 220 volt, 50 hertz electrical outlet. As specifically indicated on the box, on the documentation inside the box, and on the actual product, the A-Pro 1900 is designed to be used only on 115 volt, 60 hertz electrical current. No return is therefore possible.
